All athletes excluding opens must weigh in IN PERSON 24hours before their division begins. Weigh ins will be held at the venue with privacy and same sex chaperones available.
First event will start exactly at the stated time with individual athlete introductions 10mins beforehand. Athletes are encouraged to be completely warmed up before introductions.
The show will be fast paced, but with ample time and equipment for warming up each event.
Food and beverages will be available at the venue for purchase.
